1. The Service

MicroDrama Script AI turns a genre, a main character, and a twist into an AI-generated 10-episode outline for a vertical micro-drama. The outline includes a title, logline, character bible, season arc, and 90-second beat sheets with a hook and cliffhanger for each episode.

• Free preview. The first 3 episodes are free. No account is required.
• Full script. Unlocking the full 10 episodes and a PDF costs $4.99 USD as a one-time payment. There is no subscription.
• Access. You receive a project link and access token instead of an account. Keep them private; anyone with the link can open the project.

The output is a blueprint for planning, pitching, and production. It is not a finished screenplay.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase the full script. You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by the laws of your country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Payments and taxes

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for purchases. Dodo processes your payment, calculates applicable taxes, issues your receipt, and handles payment-related support under its own terms and privacy policy.

• The price for the full script is $4.99 USD, one-time.
• Where required, the price is tax-inclusive. The checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.
• There is no recurring charge and no subscription.
• We may change the price for future purchases. The price shown at checkout when you buy is the price that applies to you.
• Your card details are entered on Dodo’s hosted checkout and are not received by us.

4. Delivery and access

After a successful payment, the full script is unlocked in your browser. We also send a delivery email with a link that is valid for 7 days. The PDF is generated in your browser from the full script.

You are responsible for keeping your project link and access token private. If you lose access, use the link in the delivery email or contact support with your receipt or payment ID. We cannot recover a project without enough information to identify the purchase.

5. Refunds and failed generation

The full script is a digital product delivered immediately. Because of that, we do not refund scripts that have been successfully generated and delivered.

If generation fails, or if you are charged but cannot access your script, contact [email protected] with your receipt or payment ID. We will regenerate the script or refund the purchase. If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first so we can resolve it; Dodo handles chargebacks under its own terms.

6. Your inputs

You are responsible for the genre, character, twist, and any other content you submit. Do not submit personal information about real people, confidential information, or content that you do not have the rights to use.

You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display them as needed to provide the Service, including sending them to our AI provider to generate your outline. We do not use your inputs to train our own models. Our AI provider processes them under its own API terms.

7. Generated output and license

As between you and us, you may use the generated output in your own productions, including commercial productions, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or license the output as a template, prompt, dataset, or competing product.
• You may not resell access to the Service or share your access token as a service.
• Copyright in AI-generated material is uncertain and may vary by jurisdiction. We make no representation that you own or can enforce copyright in the output.
• We own the Service, including its code, prompts, brand, and underlying technology. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or request content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful, including:

• sexual content involving minors;
• non-consensual sexual content;
• content that impersonates or targets a real person in a harmful way;
• instructions for real-world violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

You also agree not to:

• bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, Turnstile, payment checks, or other controls;
• scrape, automate, or bulk-generate content without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its prompts;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ projects.

We may suspend or refuse access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for us, our providers, or other users.

9. AI-generated content

The output is generated by an AI model. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or similar to existing works. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that any platform will accept the outline, that it is original, or that it will be commercially successful.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and clearing the output before production, including checking names, locations, and any real-world references.

10. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or that every generation will succeed. Free limits, model providers, prompts, and features may change. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and in any event will not exceed $4.99. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your inputs, your use of the output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts at the developer’s place of residence in the People’s Republic of China will have jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will post a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
